Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please make sure to request a return before sending any items back to us; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take necessary actions to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please Note: We do not accept returns on machines or electrical parts that have been hooked up to the machine already.
